Reedy Creek Baptist Church is a contemporary church consisting of people from all walks of life, coming from a variety of backgrounds. We are united by faith in Christ, our desire to allow Jesus to make a real difference in our lives and through our passion to share the love of God at home on the Gold Coast and throughout the world!
The Spiritual DNA of Reedy Creek Baptist Church
DNA is a nucleic acid that contains the genetic information used in the development and functioning of all living organisms. Each living organism has a genetic code or recipe which accounts for the uniqueness’s of each living thing.
In reference to the church, spiritual DNA refers to the unique spiritual code or recipe which accounts for the distinctiveness of each local body of believers.
The spiritual DNA of RCBC consists of the following mission, vision, and core values which combined together make us who we are and who we are striving to become.
Said somewhat different, our spiritual DNA is “what we bleed when you cut us.”
Our Mission: To help people become Christ-followers, live in authentic community and enthusiastically share God’s love with others.
Our Vision: comes from Jesus’ Great Command and Great Commission to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, to love others and to go into all the world and make disciples (Matthew 22; Matthew 28).
